Polarity is an amazing way to help you unblock your stagnated energy back to better flow. Stress, sickness, trauma, fears, anxiety can create significant blockages in our body. Balancing client's life energy is done with holding hands over troubled area to release that stagnation. Body energy scanning is performed just before the session to recognize areas needed to be worked on. It is little different from Reiki but as much effective. Session can take from 30 - 60 minutes.
