Mask + Acne = Maskne

- DON'T experiment with new skin products, keep your skin care very simple, cleanser, toner, cream, scrub

- minimize make up application

- don't let your face and body get dry or dehydrated.....more prone to have any unpleasant reactions ๐Ÿ’ฆ

- take care of your immune system - # 1 warrior inside and outside your body against germs ๐Ÿ—ก

- if you took recently any antibiotics supply your body with Vit C and D but also Probiotics ( not in yogurt).....minimize intake of sugar and dairy - they cause a lot of skin care issues๐Ÿจ

- skin rashes - you can try to use over the counter Hydrocortisone like Cortaid 10, if more severe you will need steroids from your doctor

- skin acne - mild products, tea tree oil or other like spot treatment, raw honey as a mask or on spots, Neutrogena " Clear Pore " astringent to disinfect only infected area not all over the skin, Neosporin for healing, Aloe Vera gel ( best fresh) for rashes...dryness....irritations, green or camomile tea as compress on troubled area ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒผ

1 oz of hemp or jojoba oil ( separate or mix half and half )

10 drops total of tea tree, clove, lavender oils
